Miners have to sift thru a whole lot of ROCK before they see the reward of their labor. Just like a miner, sometimes you have to get your hands dirty. Sometimes you have to toil long hours. Sometimes you come up empty, BUT you have to keep digging! The value of what you're pursuing far outweighs the labor. The gem of success is relative, but hard work is always a requirement. Keep digging!

Oftentimes our perspectives are restricted by past experiences. Because we see with limited vision, it becomes beneficial to consider the perspective of others. Consideration doesn't mean you have to agree, but it may allow you to see beyond what's blocking your line of sight. Don't allow your vision to be skewed by always seeking your own counsel. Unfortunately, you don't know everything. Listen and learn.

Don't let the reason you were unsuccessful be because you did not try. Absolutely nothing happens if you do nothing. Osmosis does not work here. It is impossible to stick the vision board on your forehead and expect those things to manifest. Work is required.

Sometimes we want to know every twist and turn of the way BEFORE we put our feet in motion, but guess what? Life doesn't work that way. Yes, there are cloudy days, but the sun will also shine and you'll see the flowers bloom after the rain.

Don't let the "unknowns" and "unexpecteds" along the way keep you from a fulfilling life. It's better to find yourself somewhere new and full of possibility than be stuck in the rut of complacency.
